1. Open Gmail and in the top right corner click on the Cog Wheel to open settings.
2. In the settings menu click “See all Settings”
3. In the settings page under the general tab scroll to signature.
4. Click on “Add Signature” then “Create new Signature”.
5. Create a name for the signature
6. Copy and paste Signature from above
7. Add the required signature information
8. Copy and Paste a location using the template above
9. Check the box for “Insert signature above…”
10. Select signature for replies and new messages
11. Scroll to the bottom of the settings page
12. Click on “Save” to save new signature changes
13. When composing a new email you should be able to see your new signature.
For employees with multiple connected email addresses like those working with SSKids Academy. After step number 9 select the email address you wish to use the signature on. Then continue to step number 10.
